Get to Know Rena

Letricia, known as Rena (pronounced reh-NAY) to family and friends, brings a deep commitment to vulnerable populations to her work in social services. She earned her degree in Professional Studies from the University of Memphis, an achievement she counts among her proudest, alongside being a wife and mother.

Rena built an impactful career in child welfare with the State of Tennessee, beginning as a Case Manager and advancing to Case Manager Supervisor before branching into social service programs serving unhoused women and children, as well as survivors of human trafficking. Throughout these roles, she has provided crucial guidance and support to families navigating the complexities of the foster care system.

For Rena, contributing to the healing process of others isn’t simply a profession, it’s a calling. Her comprehensive professional experience, paired with a deep sense of empathy, continues to shape how she approaches her work and the families she serves.

In her free time, Rena cherishes moments with her family, loves exploring new cultures through travel, and can often be found indulging in a little shopping or catching up with friends over brunch.
