Get to Know Rebecca

Rebecca Macfarlane a trained leadership coach and consultant specializing in non-profit organizations delivering social services. Her education began at Western Kentucky University with undergraduate studies in Early Childhood Education. She has worked in child protection since 2006, both in the U.K. and the United States. Since returning to the USA in 2011, she has been working as an independent consultant delivering strategic planning services, leadership development sessions, training’s, speaking events, and delivering grant-funded projects for non-profits in the Middle Tennessee area. Rebecca has been a foster parent since 2019, and currently serves as President of the Mid-Cumberland Council on Children and Youth.
