Kathy Williams is originally from Virginia, but has called Middle Tennessee her home for 30+ years. She began her journey with CASA in Robertson County in 2005 when she began volunteering as an advocate. She soon joined the staff as the Executive Director, where she served in that role for almost 10 years. She has since served as a Board member, while taking on a new role as Development Director for the Robertson County Family YMCA.
She is the owner of New Mother’s Helper, a service-based business in Nashville that assists new parents in sleep training, adjustment to a new baby, and all aspects of bonding, attachment and good parenting from day one. Kathy is a passionate, long-time supporter of CASA and has worked tirelessly to change children’s stories over the years. She believes in standing up for children, giving them a voice and getting them “home” as quickly as possible. Her role gives her the opportunity to tell the CASA story and ensure our community has an opportunity to support this important work.
