Kat Morris, Director of Development at CASA Nashville, is a dynamic professional with a passion for community advocacy and child welfare. Her successful track record includes spearheading campaigns and fostering efficient workflows while prioritizing a healthy work culture. In the nonprofit sector, she honed her skills in relationship building and donor stewardship before joining CASA Nashville. With a personal tie to the organization since her days as an advocate in Williamson County, Kat is excited to lead CASA Nashville’s fundraising efforts, ensuring every child has a voice and access to a safe home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, baking, crafting projects, and planning camping trips with her daughter and dog. If you can’t find her, she’s probably lost in the woods somewhere.
