Get to Know Dulce

Dulce Quintero is a dedicated leader with 20 years of experience serving children, youth, and families. Throughout her career, she has built high-performing teams, developed impactful programs, and led initiatives supporting youth in foster care and individuals affected by child abuse, domestic violence, and sex trafficking. Before joining CASA Nashville, Dulce held leadership roles at Youth Villages and the YWCA of Nashville & Middle Tennessee. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to developing others, and passion for empowering staff and volunteers to make a lasting impact. Dulce holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Criminology from Ohio University and an MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring local coffee shops and restaurants, reading, dancing, and staying active.
